Willie's Cacao El Blanco Venezuelan White Chocolate (50g)

I had to make El Blanco because some of my favourite desserts rely on white chocolate and it it wondrous for decorating cakes, but take a small bite and as it melts you will soon realise that cooking aside, this is one heavenly square of chocolate.

Ingredients

White Chocolate. Cocoa solids: 36% minimum. Ingredients: cocoa butter 36%, MILK powder 34%, raw cane sugar.
