Master Cook dark soy sauce is a rich, aged soy sauce crafted to bring deep colour and robust umami flavour to your cooking.

Compared to light soy sauce, it is less salty but more intense in flavour and colour.

Perfect for marinades, stir-fries, braises, soups and dishes where a glossy, savoury finish is desired.
